Fully Licensed and Insured National Commercial General Contractor.
Many states require a contractor to be licensed in every jurisdiction in which work will be performed. Not only are we licensed by the state we hold licenses in the following City’s and municipalities.
We also hold IBC (International Building Code) and well as IRC (international Residential Code) licenses.
This allows us to operate on a national level.
The Florida Commercial and Residential Code is published by the International Code Council and is based on the International Code. It describes the code compliance requirements for the construction of residential structures in the State of Florida.
A Florida Building Contractor (CBC) means we are licensed and capable of constructing commercial buildings and single-dwelling or multiple-dwelling residential buildings, which do not exceed three stories in height. The Florida Building Contractor’s License allows us to remodel any type of residential or commercial unit, regardless of height (the 3-story limitation only applies to structural work and new construction, not to non-structural remodeling work).
A Florida Commercial Roofing Contractor (CCC) means we are a contractor whose services are unlimited in the roofing trade. We have the experience, knowledge, and skill to install, maintain, repair, alter, extend, or design and use materials and items used in the installation, maintenance, extension, and alteration of all kinds of roofing, waterproofing, and coating, except when coating is not represented to protect, repair, waterproof, stop leaks, or extend the life of the roof. The scope of work of our state certification also includes required roof-deck attachments and any repair or replacement of wood roof sheathing or fascia as needed during roof repair or replacement.
